Great show. I am so annoyed over EA and their cheap money farming ideas

You were talking about if Xbox had an internet explorer, and how if it were to come about it would have alot of things disabled such as flash etc. for security. That makes sense, however the draw back is people (noobs) who use the browers will think its crap because its so unusable. So you could ask, what is better? An xbox with no internet explorer, which is not all that of a problem, or an xbox with a bad internet explorer with people hating on it, and the xbox. I'd rather xbox have no internet exploer so people cant get annoyed at it being restricted.

Once again, great show. Looking foward to the big 30.0

I liked the 2 reyturning guests, since they are my bros, I didn't mind them back on the panel. Returning guests are fine, as long as they offer insight. Also Chem added humor to the conversation, I think she should return. However, what do I know I'm just a dumb Southerner.

I enjoyed the outtakes, and the conversation went well this week. However one comment on the topics. I don't think anyone can honestly say if IE were incorporated into the 360 they would choose not to use it. We browse the so called blades (thats a Marketplace only IE) most of the crud we download from there is non-relevant to the actual games. So as long as were browsing and downloading what MS wants it's o.k.. But giving us the freedeom to do what we want with the browser (Going to the Nintendo site) is a no-no. Let's put it this way, if and when (its just a matter of time) MS incorporates a browser interface, then all 360 fans will be saying how cool it is. But as long as they dont have it (remember the HD DVD situation) its stupid and not neccessary. Thanks MS SPIN machine, but let me decide what the best use of my gaming machine is!

I hope MS doesn't have much input on the production of HALO the MOVIE. If so we wont get the sound, in the theatre, unless we pay xtra for it at the ticket booth!

If there was a browser incorperated i wouldnt use it. I have a freaking computer and thats what i use. I ont want to be logging in to things on 360 and useing a stupid controller for looking at things. I have no usb keyboard and mouses dont work. Every one wants all there electronics to do everything. I dont. I want my gameboy to play games, my iPod to play music, my computer to browse the web and use appications and my console to play games. And while i say this i do like the market place b/c i hate gametrailers.com, ign and gamestop and i dont go looking for trailers to download. I like to do it on my xbox b/c thers no bullsh*t to do. I hate going to a site with the newest trailers to find out i acnt download it or i can only watch it if im a member or whatever. So thats my end of my rant

Yea I'm kind of with racing on this one. I'm not sucked into the MS Spin machine, I promise you that. But it's true, I don't want to be surfing on my TV when my computer is right next to me. There is a reason WebTV failed, and died a miserable death, it's not easy or effective. Now I will say the PS3 does at least have an intriguing system with a YouTube esque style with browsing multiple windows and all that.

Even so let's say MS does incorporate a browser. They are so protective there is no way it would allow us to DL videos outside of a few formats, so no YouTube, no DivX, etc. It would be a handicapped browser in many regards due to the severe security.

HD-DVD add-on is cool/pointless at the same time. Won't really be able to get 1080p in any way since nothing but the new 1080p Samsung LCDs have the 1080p output over VGA....Otherwise, need an HDMI. But I see why it is still nice, at least for the 1080i/720p function (Although upconversion is apart of the fall update, so it is only for the true freaks about HD movies).

Yea thats great guys, so you car should only drive, your Ipod should only play music, and the xbox (well Im sure you just game on it, no video trailors, voice chat, pictures, camera conversations,, mp3 playing, dvd playback, media center options) Im sure you just play only games on it.

Look, its an option. Whats wrong with options? Its what makes selling a product stand out. I buy a car based on how good the car is 1st, then I compare features. The same with a PC, and a gaming machine. The 360 incorporates so nicely into my entertainment area, having net capabilities (even if they were minimal) would just be one more cool gadget to play with. As a matter of fact I do periodically go from PC to TV frequently (to check email, and the forums) so not having to leave the couch would be cool.

I can understand you not wanting it badly, but not at all? Whats the worst part, you will have a choice? Whats wrong with that? Sure the Nintendo AND POSSIBLY THE ps3 WILL BE LIMITED. Who cares? Its something, and I will say this: The best thing about the PC Gaming (which I was a part of up until the Xbox) was it's community, and how accessable forums, patches, even mods and tweaks were) thats the one thing that console gaming doesnt have. Oh sure we can purchace updates with MS points, but the ability to have free will over our devices and options is truely a great feature. Saying, "I wont use it, I dont want it." Is like saying "XBOX and all Platform developers: Stop where you are, were good. Dont give us any more features!" Now read the past quote out loud, and then tell me that makes sense.

So thats my rational, I WANT EXPLORER OPTIONS! IM LAZY AND TO POST THIS I HAD TO WALK 10 FEET AND IM OUT OF BREATH!

Voice chat is a part of gaming NOW, but with your rational, we wouldnt have it. Its innovation that move features forward!

And to say you use your console for gaming only, then say occassionally waching dvds is a contradiction.

So as you can see we can all be wrong. Admition is the first step to recovery!
