I'm very interested in it, but I just don't have a need for a portable MP3 player. If I find a good need or use for one, then I will certainly look at the Zune before the iPod.

i was going to pick one up, we need another mp3 player, but due to reports that the wifi is crippled, its over drmed and many other bad things i'm now having second thoughts

Steve, any infor or links you see on the Zune would be greatly appreciated. I am thinking about picking on of these up right away, cuz I never got an Ipod and want one. Right now, I use the Ipod video at work for podcasts, which is fine but I like it so much I want one for myself.

I'm very interested in one, and might pick one up around the holidays. I need some more concrete details on battery life and I'd like to get my hands on one before I drop $250 on it.
