It looks like Microsoft and Nintendo will find there way into the court room to fight a lawsuit brought to the Texas district court on 7-31-06. It looks like the companies breached 1 or up too 12 game controller patents. Well if you have the 360 controller you my be lucky cause it could be gone in the future and for the WII you better keep your fingers crossed.
