Street Fighter II Hyper Fighting coming to the Arcade!
It’s time to hit the download button on your Xbox 360 controller.
On 8-02-06 Capcom will finally release the highly anticipate Xbox Live Arcade game that we all know as Street Fighter II Hyper Fighting. But make sure you download the demo first, because the track recorded of classic arcade games that have been released on the arcade have fallen short. Neither Frogger nor Galaga kept me in front of the TV for countless hours remembering the good old days. Hopefully on Street Fighter they will use the whole screen instead of putting black bars on each side. But from some of the screen shots I’ve seen it look like the black bars are back again.

We’ll see what happens. I am not as excited for this game as I once was. Maybe Champion Edition would have been a better release or Super Street Fighter 2 with Cammy and Fei Long would have been better.
Hyper Fighting was always my least favorite.
Marvel vs. Capcom 2! I would pay $60 to get that online multi-player!

I feel the same way. I was excited about Arcade Wednesdays. Now the only difference between the Arcade, and my House is that at the Arcade I dont have to pay 5 dollars to play a full game. Perhaps if it were like Pay-Per-Play on these titles.
I can achieve all I want with Frogger, and Galaga, in about two games. However, I have to purchase the game (Something I never had to do at the Arcade) to play for Achievments, and Scoreboards.
Look the reason Galaga and Frogger and Street Fighter were a Quarter at the local arcade is beacause that is what they were worth. This does not change because you can play them on your 360. Unless you up the ante, and make the game \”SPECIAL\”.

Hey I loved this game on the Arcade. I hate this game on the BOX. This ARCADE is a joke. Nothing plays like it did b4 it came on LIVE. The reason they are called CLASSICS is because they are OLD. That means quite being FUC@ing lazy MS. Acting like your doing us a favor, and your Arcade is so “SIZZLING” hot this summer with titles.
Your want me to agree. UPDATE, IMPROVE. or ADD-TO the original classics.
Where is the innovation Major Nelson was saying the ARCADE was going to be for? Since UNO at E3, nothing but emulator updates ont the ARCADE.
PS just think guys, if it to them this long to put SF on LIVE and it was crap! Look for original 3rd party games sometime around Xmas 2008.
