Just want everyone to know that Gears of War sucks. Majorly. The campaign is poorly designed and the multiplayer is cheap tactic after cheap tactic

I think this is the first bad review i've heard about gears...why do you feel the campaign was poorly designed? What tactics are you talking about in multiplayer that you think are cheap?

wow....You deserve a medal for being the first. I actually had doubts that it would be good until...I played it. And ever sinc e I've been on it like Crack. I really don't care much for the Single player. Its all about MP for me. And the Mp can keep you up for days non stop! Sorry to hear you didn't like it man, but then again you also don't like halo....so Maybe you should just sell your 360 and buy a PS3. I'm sure you'll get a kick outa Genji 2 and Riiiidddgeee Raaaaccceerrr 7!

In the easier modes the problems in campaign dont affect gameplay but they do in harder modes.
For one, this game is about cover. and when you get rushed be enemies that can take you out in 1-2 hits thats not really possible. Theyll run up to you while youre blasting them the whole way and theylll finish you with 2 bursts from their game or a meele.
Splitting up the 2 players in co-op is retarded.it defeats the point and keeps you from playing with people who arent good.
In multiplayer all people do is rush you in 4 or so person groups (most apperant where the sniper is in gridlock) with fricking shot guns or chainsaws b/c they know you wont be able to defend. When 2 people are sninping each other all they do is pop up as qucik as they can hoping to get lucky enough to get your head off. And grenade tagging and the Hammer of dawn are the stupidest thing. Grenade tagging is hard to defend aganist when youre trying to kill some one running while not getting killed by someone else yourself. And why put a gun in you cant defend aganist?
Overall the SP suffers from overly aggresive AI and the MP just suffers from cheap people hoping to get up in the ranks.
