XBL Radio Idol

Posted under XBL Radio

Everyone’s Favorite Xbox 360 podcast will be starting the search for a new co-host or even two and you could be that person!

Over the next couple shows XBL Radio will be holding an American Idol type tryouts where you could win your spot to become one of the hosts on the new XBL Radio podcast. If you are interested or just seeking more information, email us at podcastidol@platformnation.com and we will get back with you with the information. Now don’t be scared or nervous, if you have ever wanted to host a podcast this could be your time to shine. The first round of tryouts will be taking place March 1 at 10am Pacific time (if you can’t make that one, don’t worry, because we will be having at least one more round 2 weeks later).

If you just want to hear the LIVE tryouts well you are in luck, as you see below you can listen live!

It’s so hard to say Goodbye!

Posted under Mr B4, Silverthorne, XBL Radio

This is something that is so difficult to say that i really do not want to say it, but i am going to anyway.

After much thought, and the recent departure of our other two hosts, Silverthorne and myself have decided that it was best if we left as well, which means that there will be no more XBL Radio from here on out. The site will be shut down soon also, not sure when, but it will be soon.

Silverthorne will continue on as a writer for PN, and also for another website collegemoviereview.com, so be sure to check out his work at each of these sites. I myself will be joining another site, and starting my own Nintendo podcast there soon. I am still currently looking for a co-host, so if anybody is interested in doing a more adult oriented Nintendo podcast, or you know someone who is a Nintendo gamer that would like to co-host the show, shoot me an email at cbmj1984@sbcglobal.net and let me know.

I would like to thank all of our listeners that have supported us throughout the years, and hope you will still support us in all of the things we do in the future. You have been the reason why we have stuck around for so long, and we would just like to say thank you for supporting us as much as you did.

Keep in touch,

MrB4 and Silverthorne
