It seems as though the number 1 gamerscore whore has been busted for cheating. Part of the Terms of Service for LIVE, you are not allowed to artificially boost your score. This includes using game saves to get achievements. StripclubDJ has had his gamerscore set to 0 and a permanent tag of cheater attached to his gamertag.
This just goes to show that Microsoft will not allow you to take advantage of their system. There has been some uproar in the community about this. Some say it good that Microsoft is punishing them, others say it too harsh and Microsoft should just lighten up.
Personally, I’m with the punish them. Most of us have heard from StripclubDJ in the past, and could have (if he did, I don’t remember) used that extra press from official Microsoft employee’s and features to boost site visits or downloads. This is a good thing; hopefully Microsoft won’t stop with gamerscore hacks, but will soon target the lag switchers and other vagabonds on LIVE.
Hey what is up everybody at Platform Nation and XBL Radio, it is Mr B4 here giving you the latest news as to what is going on in the gaming community.
What I have for you today is a trailer for an upcoming game that i am very excited about, it is called Sonic Unleashed. It will be coming out for both the PS3 and Xbox 360, but no release date is known as of yet. From what I saw in the trailer, it looks like the game is going back to its 2D sidescrolling roots that have made this a success since the Sega Genesis days, and that could be a good thing. There also looks like there is some 3D exploring in there as well, but looks more like Sonic Adventure for the Dreamcast than it does the piece of crap we got on the 360 and PS3 awhile back (Sonic the Hedgehog). In short, the game looks promising and I hope it delivers.
Let us just hope that this game does the Sonic series some justice, because if it sucks then there really is no more hope for this series.
Hey what is up everybody at Platform Nation and XBL Radio, Mr B4 here to give you he latest as to what is going on in the gaming community. What I have for you today is an Interview that I recently had with John Lee, the VP of Marketing and Sales at Hudson Entertainment, about a new game coming to the Nintendo Wii, entitled Deca Sports.

DaKing240, a long time listener and multi time guest on the .5 shows just posted this on his site, 360sync and I thought you all might want to check it out here.
This list is looking pretty easy, maybe we’ll see Steve519 and INFECTEDPB503 try to increase their gamerscores with this title as well. (Achievement whores, seek help)
Well as the title implies this episode is full of Super Smash Brothers Brawl, Lost Talk and a little wager on summer movies…
And un-knowingly I assembled the Platform Nation PR Team as guests:
Fatal45:
F and A Eternal:
Forceman4077:
Also Steve519 joins us to give a first hand review of Rainbow 6 Vegas: 2.
Pretty sure not many of you have it and won’t till probably tomorrow, but there is a written review here and a audio review of the single player on this podcast.
Not to mention a flurry of other great announcements for Platform Nation and those affiliated with it…
Little sneak peak here:
but your going to have to listen to the show for all of them.
Hey everybody at Platform Nation and XBL Radio, it is Mr B4 here to give you the latest news about what i going on in the gaming community. I do want to sadly say that I have no news article for you this week simply because i have had alot of things to do in the past couple days that have prohibited me from having time to look for news stories.
What was I doing that kept me busy, well, i was just recently on the latest episode of the State of the Nation podcast for Platform Nation this Sunday. I also just got done co-hosting my first .5 show with INFECTEDPB503, which also happened on Sunday. So needless to say I had a busy weekend, especially since all of the show that was recorded on Saturday was lost, and had to be rerecorded on Sunday(Nobodies fault, just a stubborn computer).
In the end, it was a hectic couple of days and I just could not find much time to do anything else. I will do my best to have a news story for all of you next week though, so be on the lookout for that.
Until next time gamers, this is B4 signing off
Take Care,
MrB4
P.S- Do not forget to check out State of the Nation 4 and 63.5 when they come out this week.
