Hey whats up gamers, it is Mr B4 here with the latest news as to what is going on in the gaming community. I got some news this week about a system that i never usually talk about it, the PS3.
Apparently, the rumors about the 80 GB PS3 being phased out at BestBuy are true. After speaking with Sony about the discontinuing of the 80 GB PS3, a source from arstechnica.com had a conversation with an unnamed person from sony found out some interesting information. First and foremost, Sony will be sticking with two SKUs from now on. Read below to find out the rest.
Here is the conversation in its entirety:
“Sony is, in fact, phasing out the 80GB PS3. Sony is going to stay with the two-SKU approach though, and the prices look to stay the same,” the mole told me. I heard sirens in the background, and the mole seemed nervous. “The Spiderman 3 pack-in will disappear as well once the 80GB unit is gone. In order to maintain a similar value proposition to the 80GB/Spiderman 3 bundle, I expect to see a storage increase to 120 or 160GB at the same price point, plus the new Dual-Shock 3 controller… what are you trying to accomplish with this story?”
“I’m just trying to get to the bottom of Sony’s plans for their hardware so my readers can decide whether or not they should buy now, or hold off. But I’m only one man,” I say.
“Now we’re two,” the mole whispers, and when I look around in surprise… my informant was already gone.
There you have it gamers, an anonymous rumor from an anonymous source who works for Sony, very vague and very bleak, so keep your eye out for this on your own, since nothing is set in stone as of right now. I own a PS2 as of right now, and if Sony offers this bundle at the same price as the 80 GB model, with the newer controller included, and much more hard drive space for my games, I might consider picking this version up. If you do not own a PS3 yet, and are thinking of getting one, wait for this version to come out, because this one could possibly be the best bang for your buck.

What is up everybody at XBLradio and Platform Nation, it is Mr B4 here to give you the latest news as to whats going on in the gaming world, as well as in the world of Platform Nation.
I have been thinking bout doing something like this for some time now, but i wanted to share this idea with all of you, and get your feedback on it. I think what PN is missing is a podcast that mainly focuses on Nintendo, because as of late it has been a PS3 love fest because of all the problems that the Xbox 360 has been having lately. I think it is about time that Nintendo got some love, and have a show dedicated to the company that made gaming what it is today.
I know how much the PS3 and 360 are liked because of all these new updated graphics, High definition video and audio output, and games that appeal to all types of different audiences. There is one thing that gamers have to remember, and that is, if Nintendo never existed, we would have no games to play, because they were the company that ultimately saved this entire industry from falling flat on its face.
Now no solid details as to what is going on with show have been made as of yet. All I want to know from all of you gamers out there is what ideas you have for the show that you would like to see me and my co-host(you will find out his name when you listen to the show) bring to the listeners each and every week, to make the show the best source of news and information for all Nintendo gamers out there. Your opinions and ideas matter to us, so share them, because we are a united community of gamers who care about the games we play, and the shows we listen to.

Hey what is going everybody at Platform Nation and XBL Radio, Mr B4 here to give you the latest as to what is going on in the video game community. I will also, from time to time, give you a review about a game that i have played, or a movie that I have just seen just to spice things up a little bit.
Today I want to talk about a movie that I have just seen this past weekend. The movie I saw was “I Am Legend” starring Will Smith and the DOG! Just to give a quick synopsis of the movie, Will Smith plays a scientist named Robert Neville, who is supposedly the last survivor in New York City after a plague that swept the city infected every person living there, turning them into Zombies. Robert is trying to find any survivors of the plague, as well as try to come up with a cure for the virus that infected everyone in New York City.
Now usually movies that I see that have Will Smith in them never seem to dissapoint me in anyway shape or form, and nothing has changed for me here. The movie is a roller coaster ride from start to finish, and will keep you glued to your seat always wanting to know what is going to happen next. The story is fantastic, and does a nice job of tying every loose end together without missing a beat.
I would have however, wanted the movie to end a little bit differently than it did, but I do understand why it was done that way. All in all, it is a great movie, I encourage you to check it out, especially if you know someone who likes Sci-fi movies, take them to see it, they will not be dissapointed.

Whats up gamers, B4 here as always to give you a heads up as to what is going on in the world of gaming. To be perfectly honest with you, I had a little bit of trouble with looking for something to write about this time. I did, however, find something interesting about a new game that is coming to the Wii. It is called Our House, it is made by Majesco, and is developed by Budcat Creations. Let us get into some of the details about this game, shall Wii?
The reason I found this game interesting is because it almost seems similar to the HOME feature that is being brought to the Playstation 3. The only differences here are the fact that Our House will release as a game, not as a download, and that the Wii remote is incorporated into the building of a house. Things such as painting walls, sawing wood, hammering nails, etc. will be the types of activities you do in this game, which sounds like alot of work for a video game.
What I found to be strangely similar between these two ideas is how Online play works for Our House. There is going to be a feature in the game called “Neighborhood Mode”, where gamers can share and build a community. As far as a Mii being able to visit another Miis house, i am not sure about that yet, but if that is the case, then you got a Nintendo version of HOME on your hands. Granted the gameplay is different, and one might not have of all the same features as the other, but the main idea is there, the idea of creating a community in which gamers from around the world can interact with each other in one place.
In my honest opinion, I think it is cool that Nintendo is trying to find ways to bring their community of gamers together in one place. I just do not think that they should try to find ways to copy other companies ideas and pass them off as their own original ideas. When you think about it, you might as well just call this game WOME, because that is what it seems like to me, a copycat of HOME.

First I want to give major props to Rusty Ranchero for doing the Live on Live show for as long as he has. Trying to find 4-5 gamers that are free at the some time to do a Live on Live! Show is not easy; as I am finding out!
To this point I have started a New Live on Live List!
This was done for two reasons.
1. Many of the people that I have tried to contact on the previous list have not responded. So I am unsure of who is still interested and who is not.
2. It is A New Year, A New XBLRadio Show, so a new list is also in order.
